WordPress World.

People just drift away, don’t they?

I took refuge in the world of writing and blogging, thinking that everything will be different here. And yes, it was! I have loved here always.

But just like the real world, I have lost some of the virtual friends too. When I started blogging, I did not know anyone here, and there were few people who would be always here for me, would read my posts, let me know how they feel about it. I loved reading their blogs too. But where are they?

They seem to have just vanished. I keep visiting their blogs- no recent posts! I fill up a comment on the “Contact us” page, but there is no reply. I guess they have just stopped blogging.

Then there are people who just vanish away, because of the wordpress glitches, I though they had gone away too, until of course I open my spam folder only to know they have been always there. Seriously, what is up with this spam thing?

So before I find anyone else missing from this virtual world, I’d just want to say thank you for always listening to my ramblings. You do mean a lot to me whether I say it or not!

And also please keep checking your spam folders! (Just in case!)

  3. You cannot lose people Moushmi, sometimes its just that people lose track over themselves. I may not have written any post since many days but I never miss out on any of your posts, literallyyyy! Just like the f.r.i.e.nd.s

    1. Thank you so much sonal for always being there.
I am happy, but I just think what made them stop blogging? Their reason, of course.
I am hoping to clink on to you for a longer time than this for sure. :-p
      Much love to you.

    1. Hey Kathrin, thank you for stopping by my blog.
I know, it takes a lot of time, and a lifestyle change may effect it too. But then I was majorly talkign about those who have not been here for more than 6 months.
May be they really got busy, who am I to judge.

  5. Moushmi, thank you!
You know, i just started this whole blogging thing and got a lot of support, but for sometime now I’ve been feeling…lackadaisical about the whole thing. Like i want to post, read and leave my comments, but i feel too… You know…i can’t just express it. Maybe too lazy. But thank You for this post, it’s more like a wake up call to me.

    1. i understand the feeling, sometimes it’s just that there is nothing to post, sometimes there is not the right amount of time, and sometimes other important stuff comes up.
I am myself sometimes just away from it, I just do not like when I see that people have just vanished away, no more available, no more replies to the comments, no way of reaching them. It’ like the people in our real lives who just stop talking to us, go away from us!
I thought this, what we have here was different.

      1. What ever the reason, i believe we can always afford to…you know, overcome. Especially with support from everyone of us.
…i also believe that we have here is different…somehow.

Your perception holds importance for me.
